Ogun Mysterious Death Investigation underway as police probe deaths of mother, child and man found in Ijebu-Igbo home

The Ogun State Police Command has launched an investigation into a shocking incident following the discovery of a mother, her four-year-old son, and a man identified as “Shanko” found dead inside a residence in the Egbe Subair area of Ijebu-Igbo on Wednesday.

Ogun Mysterious Death Investigation was triggered after residents reportedly discovered the lifeless bodies of the woman and the man inside a toilet within the home, while the child was found in one of the rooms, raising widespread concern within the community.

According to local accounts, signs of disturbance were observed at the scene, with parts of the toilet and other items within the compound allegedly damaged, suggesting there may have been a struggle before the deaths occurred.

Community speculation has also pointed towards possible poisoning, although authorities have not confirmed the cause of death.

Ogun State Police Command has, however, urged residents to remain calm as forensic investigations continue to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.

Ogun Mysterious Death Investigation has left residents in shock, with many calling for a thorough and transparent probe to uncover what led to the deaths of the three individuals.
