The billboard, which sparked widespread online speculation, was revealed by Churchill to be a gift from a friend celebrating their son King Andre’s 10th birthday.
The businessman emphasised that he did not personally commission the public display.
In an Instagram story, Churchill shared screenshots of his conversation with the friend who arranged the billboard, noting it was intended as a gesture of celebration rather than to provoke controversy.
The revelation followed a star-studded birthday celebration attended by celebrities including Obi Cubana, Zack Peju, Rita Edochie, Uche Elendu, Empress Njamah, and singer Teni.
During the event, Tonto Dikeh expressed gratitude to Churchill for being a devoted father.
The billboard had sparked speculation regarding Churchill’s marriage to his second wife, Rosy Meurer.
Reacting to rumours, Rosy denied any prior relationship with Tonto Dikeh and dismissed claims of marital tension.
The public display drew praise from fans, who lauded the parents for showing unity in celebrating their child despite their separation.
The gesture comes as Tonto Dikeh continues her faith journey, recently announcing she would no longer use her former brand name “King Tonto” in favour of titles such as “Evangelist Tonto” or “The Woman of God.”
