Pamtech Group disclaimer on ex-reps warns public against dealings with Somiari Lucky and Juliet Ibekwe after their exit

The notice, signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Chidomere Ndubuisi, on Tuesday, clarified that the duo no longer work for the company in any capacity.

Mr Ndubuisi stated that Mr Lucky and Ms Ibekwe are not authorised to act on behalf of Pamtech Media Ltd or Pamtech Group, nor represent or negotiate any business dealings in the company’s name.

Pamtech Group warned that any engagement with the former representatives is strictly at the discretion and risk of those involved, stressing that such dealings do not involve the company.

The firm further emphasised that it would not be held liable for any commitments or obligations made by the duo following their disengagement.

Ms Ibekwe, a popular auto influencer, gained prominence through content focused on vehicle efficiency and car care tips, earning a growing audience in Nigeria’s digital space.

The company also cautioned against any unauthorised use of its name, brand, or platform by the individuals, noting that such actions would not be recognised.

Pamtech urged clients and stakeholders to verify all transactions through its official channels and ensure payments are made only to authorised representatives.
