Popular Nigerian streamer Peller has revealed that his mother advised him against giving money to his father, citing ongoing financial pressure within his family.

Peller made the disclosure during a livestream while reacting to the ongoing controversy involving content creator GehGeh, who has been criticised by his siblings over alleged neglect.

Speaking on the situation, Peller expressed concern that he could face a similar public fallout, stating that tensions within his own family have already escalated in the past.

The family controversy took a personal turn as he recounted his experiences with his father, claiming that he had made significant financial contributions over time.

According to him, he had gifted his father a car and continued to provide financial support, yet still faced repeated requests for more money.

He added that his father allegedly requested additional financial support shortly after receiving the car gift, describing the situation as emotionally and financially demanding.

Peller also disclosed that he had invested heavily in supporting his mother, including setting up several businesses for her, though he did not specify details.

The comments come amid a wider online debate sparked by GehGeh, whose sister accused him of abandoning family responsibilities despite his wealth.

GehGeh, however, defended himself, stating that he could only do his best and not everything for his family.
