Peller’s bold G-Wagon wish sparks fresh ‘Ochacho’ buzz

Nigerian streamer and content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, on Friday, August 14, 2026, made a playful public appeal for a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, saying the luxury SUV was beyond his current budget and asking for another “Ochacho” to help fulfil the dream.

Peller made the remarks during a livestream while explaining that he had hoped to buy the vehicle for his future wife and children.

“I don plan say if I don marry, I go buy G-Wagon for my wife, say my pikin will enter G-Wagon, but when I go price am, hey! E cost,” Peller said.

The streamer’s request quickly took an entertaining turn when he appealed for another benefactor, using “Ochacho” in an apparent reference to real estate businessman King Ochacho.

“Before 24 hours, I want to test my glory, Father. Any of Ochacho show in the house, please. This one go loud pass, I’m telling you. I need this,” Peller said.

Peller also continued his humorous appeal with a direct request for divine intervention.

“God, give me this G-Wagon. I’m not tired; I will beg this G-Wagon for 24 hours, and I need it,” he added.

The G-Wagon request comes just days after Peller received a reported ₦400 million mansion in Abuja from King Ochacho, a gesture that generated significant attention across Nigerian social media.

Peller publicly expressed gratitude for the extraordinary gift at the time.

That earlier gesture gives the latest reference to “Ochacho” an added layer of humour, particularly among followers familiar with the streamer’s recent fortunes.

Peller and his wife, Jarvis, have also remained prominent in online entertainment following their wedding and their joint presence across social media platforms.

Peller has continued to build his profile through livestreaming and large-scale digital content projects, including a nationwide streaming tour announced earlier in 2026.

His latest appeal should, however, be viewed in the playful context in which it was delivered. Peller did not announce that a G-Wagon had been purchased or that a sponsor had committed to funding one.

Instead, the streamer turned the high-end car into another viral moment, combining humour, ambition and his familiar livestream style.

The episode also highlights how luxury gifts and celebrity culture have increasingly become part of Nigeria’s fast-moving creator economy, where unexpected gestures can quickly become major online talking points.

For now, Peller’s G-Wagon plea remains just that, a spirited appeal. Whether another benefactor answers the call may become the next chapter of the increasingly entertaining “Ochacho” saga.
