People Product & Code to redefine tech events with a dynamic marketplace for startups, talent, and investors to connect and collaborate in real time

Set to redefine Nigeria’s technology event landscape, People Product & Code will introduce an innovative, trade fair-style experience that will transform how startups, tech talent, and industry stakeholders connect in Lagos this year.

Taking place on Saturday, 13 December 2025 in Lagos, the inaugural edition of People, Product & Code (PPC) breaks away from the traditional tech conference model.

Instead of long panel discussions and keynote speeches, PPC will focus on live networking, hands-on product showcases, and real-time talent engagement.

“Our goal was never to host just another tech conference,” said Omobolanle Antonia Ayoola, the event’s convener and founder of People Advisor Limited.

“We’ve created a dynamic marketplace where startups can display innovation, tech talent can be discovered on the spot, and businesses can connect directly with potential partners or employees.”

Targeting two long-standing challenges in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem—talent discovery and startup visibility—PPC expects to welcome over 1,000 attendees, ranging from software developers and designers to entrepreneurs, students, and investors.

The event will feature:

  • Over 50 software company exhibitors
  • Collaborations with more than 30 universities and innovation hubs
  • Live interviews for job-seeking talent
  • A startup product showcase
  • A hackathon testing real-world problem-solving
  • A pitch corner for early-stage founders to engage directly with investors and mentors

By merging recruitment, product exposure, and funding opportunities into one integrated experience, People Product & Code Lagos 2025 aims to serve as a springboard for a new generation of Nigerian tech talent and startup founders.

At the heart of PPC is Ayoola’s broader mission—creating equitable systems that remove barriers to opportunity.

With backing from organisations like Burge Africa and Xttreme LLC, the event reflects her commitment to closing the gap between innovation and accessibility.

As Nigeria’s tech ecosystem continues to grow, People Product & Code Lagos 2025 is positioned to become a key driver in building meaningful, inclusive, and results-oriented industry connections.
