Participants at WalkHeartOn 10.0 took part in fitness sessions, health checks, games and other activities, alongside refreshments, music and entertainment.
The 10th edition was held as part of activities marking World Heart Day, providing Power Oil with an opportunity to reinforce its focus on healthier lifestyles and regular physical activity.
Roland Akpe, Marketing Manager, Oils and Fats Portfolio at Tolaram, said the initiative reflected the company’s long-term commitment to encouraging healthier choices among Nigerians.
“For the past decade, WalkHeartOn has been an important part of Power Oil’s commitment to promoting healthier hearts and active living among Nigerians,” Akpe said.
He added that heart health required more than healthy eating, noting the importance of regular movement and other lifestyle choices.

“We believe that heart health requires a holistic approach that goes beyond healthy eating to include regular movement and healthier lifestyle choices,” he said.
The 10-year milestone also highlights the growing role of experiential campaigns in connecting consumers with health and wellness messages outside traditional advertising.
For Power Oil, WalkHeartOn has provided a physical platform through which participants can engage directly with the brand’s heart-health message, while also creating opportunities for fitness, health checks and social interaction.
