The company said its employees remain central to its growth and long-term success, describing them as the foundation of its achievements.

Promasidor Nigeria hosted a colourful event that brought together staff, retirees, and their families in an atmosphere of appreciation and reflection.

During the ceremony, employees with 10 to 25 years of service were honoured for their loyalty, while retirees were also recognised for their years of contribution to the organisation.

The celebration highlighted the company’s people-focused culture and its commitment to building a supportive workplace environment.

Chief Executive Officer François Gillet praised employees for their resilience and consistent performance, describing them as the driving force behind the company’s progress.

He said the organisation remains committed to creating opportunities that support both professional and personal growth.

Gillet added that evolving workplace realities require sustained investment in employee wellbeing and development.

Promasidor Nigeria also emphasised its broader impact through initiatives such as the Ikun Dairy Farm in Ekiti State, which has strengthened local production and created hundreds of jobs.

The farm, regarded as Nigeria’s largest dairy operation, supports both direct and indirect employment within its host community.

The company’s product portfolio, including Cowbell Milk, Loya Milk, Onga, Kremela, Miksi, Twisco, and Top Tea, continues to serve millions of consumers nationwide.
