The Shakira Burna Boy FIFA song marks Shakira’s return to the global football stage after the massive success of Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), which became one of the most celebrated World Cup songs in history during the 2010 tournament in South Africa.
Shakira also contributed music to the 2014 World Cup hosted by Brazil, cementing her reputation as one of football’s defining musical voices.
The collaboration with Burna Boy blends Latin pop energy with Afrobeats influences, creating a powerful global sound expected to resonate with football fans worldwide.
