Paris Saint-Germain defeated Real Madrid 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 encounter on Tuesday. Kylian Mbappe scored four minutes into injury time.

After Lionel Messi’s penalty in the 62nd minute was saved by Real goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, it appeared that the game would end goalless until Mbappe scored at the death.

The second leg will take place on March 9 in Spain.
