TALP X Showcase by Terra Academy for the Arts (TAFTA) triumphs with bold storytelling and electrifying performances in Lagos
TALP X Showcase delivered a vibrant celebration of emerging talent and cultural expression at Terra Kulture, Lagos, on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
Hosted by Terra Academy for the Arts (TAFTA), the event captivated audiences with bold storytelling, genre-bending performances, and fearless creativity.

From 2 pm to 5 pm, TAFTA trainees presented four original works that embodied passion, purpose, and precision.
The TALP X Showcase is more than a performance; it’s an experiential platform where training becomes transformative theatre.
Highlights included the hilarious Gbas Gbos, uplifting You Say!, emotionally charged Endgame, and revolutionary Jigida; each work sparking powerful conversations on identity, resilience, and justice.
TAFTA brand ambassador Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan praised the event as “entertaining, educative and unforgettable.”
Academy Lead Mr. JO Umoibom reaffirmed TAFTA’s mission to transform lives through creative training and opportunity.
