‘TAMPAN threatened me!’ Viral video of prostitute stealing client properties a skit (Videos, audio)

A viral video of a runs girl, local name for a prostitute in Nigeria, caught after stealing the British passport, diamond and gold of her patron has been confirmed as a skit.

Recall that the Nigerian social media was yesterday, Sunday August 29, 2022 awashed with a video of a girl being interrogated by her client over his missing personal effects.

The man, who spoke largely in Yoruba, claimed his British passport, gold and diamond ear rings got missing when he woke up the next morning.

However, new information available to Freelanews has exposed that the video was a drama carried out by a member of Theatre Arts And Motion Pictures Practitioners Association Of Nigeria (TAMPAN).

In an audio leak between the actress and her team members, our correspondent was able to understand that the lady was contacted by the other three actors to act the script of a sex worker.

The lady, who was frightened by the mileage and backslash the video got, made an anxious call to her clients to pull down the video. But they assured her that it is one of those prizes paid for stardom.

“People don’t want to see it as acting,” she was heard lamenting on the audio, “Even TAMPAN has threatened to suspend me!”

Many Nigerians have questioned the rationale behind such a narrative.
