The bank launches ALAT Xplore, Nigeria’s first licensed banking app for teenagers, empowering youth with financial management skills

[dropcap]N[/dropcap]igeria’s Wema Bank, a leader in digital innovation, is advancing financial empowerment for young Nigerians with the launch of the ALAT Xplore App.

Scheduled for an official release on 26 October 2024, the app is already available on Google PlayStore and iOS App Store, offering teenagers a safe and interactive platform to manage finances early on.

ALAT Xplore introduces teens to a suite of essential financial tools tailored to their needs, including goal-oriented savings plans, airtime and data purchasing, and debit card access.

Its intuitive design allows users to personalise the interface, making money management engaging and integrated with modern lifestyle choices.
