Yoruba man, Abioye Oladeji, recounts harrowing experience in IPOB’s den (Video)

In a shocking incident that highlights the growing tensions between ethnic groups in Nigeria, Abioye Oladeji narrowly escaped a brutal attack by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Recall that Freelanews reports how IPOB threatens to kill the man for being of Yoruba tribe.

In a video which has gone viral, Oladeji was seen in a very dehumanising position as he was being interrogated by someone who claimed he is a member of ESN, also known as IPOB.

The off-camera IPOB member was heard saying they released someone unscathed because he was Igbo but Oladeji will not be that luck because he is Yoruba.

According to Oladeji, the attackers subjected him to severe beatings, leaving him with visible injuries all over his body. Despite the ordeal, he expresses gratitude for his survival and the opportunity to share his harrowing experience.

Oladeji explained that he was released after he parted with the sum of N355,000 and his phones. Watch the video below.
