The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga has described the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele as a sadist and a wicked governor of the bank.
Onanuga stated this on Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 via his Twitter page after the CBN on Monday okayed the acceptance of the old N200, N500, and N1000 ten days after the Supreme Court’s ruling.
