Nollywood Actress Genevieve Nnaji has jabbed Nyesom Wike, Governor of Rivers state for preventing state residents from protesting against police brutality.
Last night, a statement from the state government put a ban on all protests in the state. It reasons was that there is no need for a protest if the Federal government has officially disbanded the SARS. It further went ahead to punish anyone who involves in a protest.
Not pleased with the statement from the state government, Genevieve slammed the Governnor saying;
”Your mustache says it all. You could have chosen to be any kind of leader you wanted. You chose to be a dictator. Do you have children? That’s a shame. LEADERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for every loss of innocent life in their State. #ENDSARSOPPRESSION #EndSarsNow”
