The Ibadan Youth Vanguard (IYV) has issued a stern warning, vowing to expose Jandor amidst an ongoing controversy surrounding an alleged attack on Hon. Dare Adeleke.

The group expressed outrage over what they termed as an “idiotic attempt” to tarnish the reputation of Adeleke, a respected figure in Ibadan land.

In a strongly worded statement made available to Freelanews and signed by Akin Akingbade on behalf of the group, the IYV condemned a recent article attributed to one Sola Alao, which they described as “vacuous, vacant, empty, limp, and unsubstantiated.”

They accused Alao of being a “drunken dunderhead” acting at the behest of Jandor, whom they accused of orchestrating the attack.

The group further challenged the authenticity of Sola Alao’s identity, alleging that no such individual exists in Osun’s political circles. They warned both Alao and Jandor to desist from their actions, threatening to escalate the matter to the National Working Committee (NWC) if necessary.

Referring to Adeleke as a “beacon of hope,” the IYV highlighted his longstanding contributions to various political administrations and his unwavering loyalty to the party. They dismissed accusations levelled against Adeleke, asserting his competence and integrity.

In a direct message to Alao, the group warned against further defamation attempts, cautioning that they would not hesitate to uncover the truth behind the alleged attack.

Read full statement below:

Whoever the so-called Sola Alao is, who wrote the vacuous, vacant, empty, limp, and unsubstantiated article against Hon. Dare Adeleke, a worthy and respected son of Ibadan Land, must be a drunken dunderhead dancing to the tune of his defeated paymaster, Jandor.

We, the Ibadan Youth Vanguard (IYV), will not stand by nor tolerate such an idiotic attempt to rubbish one of our most prominent leaders, all because of some crumbs of bread given to him by a tout who stumbled upon wealth in the most questionable manner.

Indeed, it is only in Nigeria that a man steals a blind man’s stick in the morning and yet is seen dancing in the shrine of the Chief Priest in the evening, as depicted by the great writer Chinua Achebe in his book, ‘A Man of the People.’

Jandor and his likes are those men who conjure wealth by any means and land in politics scrambling for forced legitimacy.

By the way, we have found out that no such name as Sola Alao exists in Osun political dynasty called Sola Alao but him with his fake identity in this article yet the masked nuisance will not be identified with our noble region South West.

We warn again, you, calling yourself Sola Alao and your filthy scavenger, Jandor, must keep quiet or else we shall call the NWC to query how he spent the money he took from the Party, H.E Atiku Abubakar, Gov Seyi Makinde, and H.E Nyesom Wike. We are aware that Jandor can never come close to the aforementioned leaders because of his dubious nomenclature.

Sola Alao or whoever he is, is a slave bought, chained, fed with rotten entrails, and made to vomit rubbish out of a dirty, filthy mouth.

We will not allow his filth to splatter on one of our very best. His choice of words in that cerebrally vacant article shows that he is a man in the gutter, so while we entreat him to try to liberate himself from such a poor state, we will educate him properly on who our leader, Hon. Dare Adeleke, is. It is totally pitiable that he would write from a beer parlour, dreaming up words and actually writing nothing but puking a lot of garbage.

Listen, Sola Alao, and listen carefully;

The one you seek to invalidate is actually a man whose sandals you aren’t worthy of lacing. He is too big, so cease trying. This is a warning to you because otherwise, we will so dig into your paymaster and expose his Pandora’s box and you know what that means. Be warned.

Listen:

Contrary to your fake assertions, Hon. Dare Adeleke has been a leader in various capacities from his youth, unlike your principal who was hustling around Lagos with a cheap camera around his neck.

Hon. Dare Adeleke is a man who has left his footprints in the sands of time. He was still a youth when the PDP was formed. At the time your paymaster was being slapped for taking bad photographs, he was made the Youth Leader of the PDP, South West. He has never abandoned the party ever since. He has served several administrations in different capacities, headed many committees both on state, zonal, and national levels, and been responsible for delivering his constituency again and again. What’s more, his contribution has seen the party clinching the governorship position in the state, produced officers on different national levels, and he has never abandoned ship, however rocky the sea became.

Perhaps loyalty to the party and leader is alien to you and your ragamuffin benefactors. You can call Hon. Dare Adeleke as many names as you called him in your lacklustre repetitive article but one thing you cannot take away from him is loyalty and respect…the same two words that your haughty and disrespectful paymaster lacked and which led to his shameful outing in the last election. Now, he has added unbridled, leaping ambition and repugnant greed to his very many negative traits. He will only fall flat on his face. Take that from us today and mark this day.

On the contrary, our leader, Dare Adeleke, is unapologetically loyal yet he calls a spade a spade, and that is courage. You need to come study from his table of wisdom, Sola Alao, so you may stop sounding like a squeaky rat when asked to write next time.

We make bold to say that Hon. Dare Adeleke has been a beacon of hope to his community, the people of Oyo, and indeed so many others whose paths and lives have been illuminated by the shining light of Oyo State. Can anyone say that of your benefactor, Mr Alao?

Listen and listen well, Hon. Dare Adeleke is a resolute believer in humanity, hence his humility which you dare call names. How would you know about humility when your master is already jumping up to slap his elder?

The one you sought to destroy, Sola Alao, is a prince of royal ancestry, a lineage of wealthy warriors and kingship. Your paymaster truly has a lot to learn from Adeleke, he should seek his friendship rather than sending his beggarly ragged servant to write bland articles.

If Adeleke wanted to hold elective political positions, he would have done so easily. Everyone in Ibadan and every living politician knows Adeleke to be a formidable grassroots mobilizer.

You stupidly asserted that Governor Makinde delayed appointing Adeleke. You must be most delusional. His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde is one of the most brilliant governors Oyo has produced and you dared to call him a dimwit? If he had no confidence in Adeleke, do you believe he would appoint him special Adviser for any reason? You must be more moronic than we even thought.

We will stop here for now while expecting your response and our insightful reveal of your paymaster. Won’t that be very exciting!
