Zenith Bank upgrades its technology to provide top-tier service, thanking customers for patience during the process, led by GMD/CEO Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji.

This major technological enhancement aims to elevate customer service standards, positioning Zenith Bank at the forefront of exceptional service delivery.

This announcement, made on Wednesday by Group Managing Director and CEO, Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji, OON, underscores the bank’s ongoing commitment to superior customer experience.

The technology upgrade marks a significant step for Zenith Bank, strengthening its operations across all customer touchpoints.

In her message, Dr. Umeoji highlighted the importance of this development, expressing the bank’s gratitude to its customers for their support and patience during the transition period.

“We undertook this upgrade to ensure we can offer our customers the best possible service,” she stated, underscoring Zenith’s dedication to staying innovative and responsive to customer needs.

The bank’s message, delivered via a social media post signed by Dr. Umeoji, acknowledged the challenges customers faced during the upgrade.

She conveyed appreciation on behalf of the entire Board, Management, and Staff, recognising the trust placed in Zenith Bank.

“The primary reason for undertaking this extensive endeavour was to better position Zenith Bank Plc for improved service delivery,” Umeoji noted, emphasising the importance of building memorable banking experiences across all platforms.

Dr. Umeoji went on to reassure customers that they remain the bank’s top priority, with continued efforts to enhance service reliability, safety, and convenience.

“We are committed to ensuring you experience superior service delivery going forward,” she added. The bank promises to maintain its focus on innovation and value-added services, with swift and safe responses to all customer needs.
