In a message directed to Zlatan Ibile and his merchandise partner Zttwshop, the commentator urged the music star to prevent people who “completely desecrate a good cause for women” from associating with his brand.
The statement highlighted the danger of toxic and vile behaviour from online critics who target individuals with opposing opinions.
The social commentator stressed that the actions of such individuals have previously harmed many, adding that the exploitation of social causes to advance personal grudges is unacceptable.
“They’ve done this to so many people. Destroying lives just because they hate you for having an opinion that is contrary to theirs. This is not a good idea,” the statement read.
Zlatan Ibile, whose work often highlights social issues alongside his music career, has yet to publicly respond to the warnings. The caution serves as a reminder to public figures about the responsibilities of brand management and the potential reputational risks associated with uncontrolled promotion channels.
