The Senator representing Ogun East in the National Assembly, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has extended warm and heartfelt New Year wishes to his constituents and the entire people of Ogun State as he welcomed Nigerians into 2024.

In his New Year message, Otunba Daniel, who is a former Governor of Ogun State, expressed his sincerest hopes for a prosperous, peaceful and joyous 2024.

He acknowledged the resilience and strength displayed by the people of Ogun State in the face of various challenges, urging them to enter the new year with optimism, determination and commitment to collective progress.

“I want to extend my warmest wishes to the wonderful people of Ogun East Senatorial District and, by extension, the entire Ogun State as we welcome the dawn of a new year. May this year bring us all the joy, success, and fulfillment we desire,” Otunba Daniel said in his New Year message.

Reflecting on the achievements and challenges of the past year, the senator emphasised the importance of unity and collaboration in overcoming obstacles and achieving shared goals. He called for continued efforts towards sustainable development, improved infrastructure, and the overall well-being of the people.

He expressed gratitude for the support and cooperation of the people, pledging his unwavering commitment to representing their interests effectively in the Senate.

He also encouraged citizens to actively participate in the democratic process, emphasising the importance of civic engagement for the growth and prosperity of the state.

As the New Year begins to unfold, Otunba Daniel affirmed optimism about the possibilities that lie ahead for Ogun State.
