Social media platforms have been abuzz with unverified claims regarding the sexual orientation of Eloka Obi, the son of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.

The rumours suggest that Eloka is allegedly homosexual, a sexual orientation frowned upon in many West African societies.

The unverified information has led to a wave of discussions and comments across various social media platforms, with some users expressing shock and disappointment.

One user, LegendaryJoe, took to X to comment on the situation, stating that Peter Obi had made efforts to keep his family, especially his son, out of the political limelight. However, the actions of some followers seeking to score political points have allegedly brought Eloka’s personal life into public scrutiny.

This Presidential candidate had tried his fatherly best to keep his family (especially his son) out of the volatile political firmament but his shortsighted followers in an aimless sojourn to score cheap points beamed the light on the young boy…. Now, we have sadly discovered the unpleasant reality, our dear candidate has only 2 daughters only, for the son isn’t sonning.

But observing the Feminine pitch of the father, it appears the risky genes runs in the family.

Good Morning Severally…

The online discussions also saw users like Chigozirim Aliyu Emeakayi expressing their views on the matter.

Chigozirim criticized Peter Obi and his supporters, pointing out the alleged hypocrisy in attacking other political figures while facing a similar situation within their own family.

So Peter Obi’s son, Eloka Obi sleeps with his fellow man. So Eloka Obi is a homosexual. Yet Peter Obi and his supporters got the audacity to attack President Tinubu and his Family? This is actually very disgusting 🤢🤮🤮”

It is essential to note that these claims remain unverified, and as of now, there has been no official statement or confirmation from Eloka Obi or his family regarding the allegations.

The public is urged to treat such information with caution, as misinformation can have significant consequences.

The situation highlights the challenges of navigating personal lives in the public eye, especially in the context of political landscapes where individuals and their families may become subjects of scrutiny and speculation.
