Prominent figures from various spheres of society gathered at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State, to commemorate the 87th birthday of Nigeria’s former President, Chief Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, GCFR.

Among the distinguished guests were His Excellency, Senator Otunba Engr Gbenga Daniel, FNSE, FAEng, the 2023 Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and Mr. Peter Obi.

Traditional rulers and other esteemed dignitaries also graced the occasion, adding to the significance of the celebration.

The Thanksgiving Service held on Sunday, March 3, 2024, served as an opportunity for attendees to reflect on Chief Obasanjo’s remarkable contributions to the nation and express gratitude for his enduring legacy of leadership and service.
