The programme is set to run from Sunday, 7 September to Saturday, 18 October 2025, in a phased format for different academic levels.

Students in Years 3 to 5 are scheduled to arrive first, with hostel accommodation beginning Sunday, 7 September 2025.

They are expected to complete their course registration on or before Friday, 5 September 2025, ahead of their lecture mop-up and examinations.

“Upon arrival, students must report to their designated Halls of Residence with receipts of full service charge payment, printed accommodation slips, and proof of medical registration,” an official communication from the Institute noted.

GST examinations for Years 3 to 5, including carryovers, are set for Saturday, 13 September 2025.

Formal examinations begin Monday, 15 September and conclude on Saturday, 27 September, after which students in those levels will vacate their halls of residence.

Year 1 and 2 students will move into the Halls on Sunday, 28 September. Their lecture mop-up begins on Monday, 29 September and ends on Saturday, 4 October.

Their GST exams are slated for Friday, 3 and Saturday, 4 October. Main examinations will run from Monday, 6 October to Saturday, 18 October 2025.

To be eligible for exams, all students must finalise fee payments by Monday, 1 September 2025 (Year 3–5) and Monday, 22 September 2025 (Year 1 & 2).

Students must also register their courses by the stated deadlines—5 September for Years 3–5 and 26 September for Years 1 & 2.

The Institute clearly warned that there would be no extension for add and delete registration beyond Wednesday, 10 September (Years 3–5) and Tuesday, 30 September (Years 1 & 2).

Another key requirement is that students must present a recent passport photograph for each registered course at the examination venue.

Additionally, the printing of exam dockets will be open from 8 to 12 September for Years 3–5, and from 29 September to 2 October for Years 1 and 2.

It is also important to note that only fully registered students will be permitted to write the examinations. Students without complete registration will be disqualified from participating in both academic and residential components.

For final year students, defence of their research projects commenced on Saturday, 28 June and will run until Saturday, 26 July 2025.

DLI authorities encouraged all students to adhere strictly to the schedule and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid unnecessary delays or exclusion from examinations.
