The unaudited results for the year ending June 30, 2025, show a 65.8% increase in revenue, rising to ₦496.6 billion from ₦299.5 billion.

Gross profit climbed 62.2% to ₦148.3 billion, while operating profit soared 86.6% to ₦47.4 billion.

This financial rebound is powered by strategic cost control, resilient product performance, and strong governance.

Board Chairman, Professor Fabian Ajogwu, SAN, hailed the results, saying they reflect “quality leadership and a clear vision.” He emphasized the brand’s commitment as it celebrates 75 years in Nigeria.

Managing Director and CEO, Girish Sharma, credited the success to the team’s focus and strong consumer connection, describing the momentum as a sign of Guinness Nigeria’s long-term growth path.
