The commendation followed the release of all students and teachers taken from St. Mary’s Catholic Primary and Secondary School, Papiri.
The abduction occurred on November 21 in Niger State, North Central Nigeria.
Armed gunmen seized 303 students and 12 teachers during the attack on the school.
The grassroots support group issued the praise in a statement after its end-of-year congress in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
The group described the final release of 130 students as a decisive and encouraging victory.
It said the Tinubu Niger students rescue showed firm leadership and clear commitment to child safety.
According to the statement, about 50 students escaped shortly after the abduction.
Security agencies later rescued 100 students on December 8 during coordinated operations.
The final batch of 130 students regained freedom on Sunday, completing the rescue effort.
The President’s Special Adviser on Media and Communication, Sunday Dare, confirmed the development.
Security personnel moved the rescued children to Minna for medical checks and reunions.
Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago received the students on behalf of the state government.
Families reunited with their children after medical examinations and counselling.
The group said President Tinubu acted swiftly and decisively after receiving reports of the attack.
It described the response as a powerful demonstration of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The operation restored hope and reaffirmed public confidence in national security,” the statement said.
The statement was signed by the group’s National Coordinator, Ambassador Toby Prince Udo.
The Network also praised Nigeria’s security forces for sustained field operations and coordination.
It credited improved intelligence and leadership support for the successful outcome.
The group further commended its Grand Patron, Senator Mohammed Sani Musa, representing Niger East.
