DJ Cuppy reveals she paid her tithes and offerings every month in 2025, highlighting intention over amount as key to giving

Nigerian media personality and DJ Florence Otedola, widely known as DJ Cuppy, has confirmed that she consistently paid her tithes and offerings throughout 2025, in a post shared on her X account, Lagos, 30 December 2025.

Cuppy, who is also a billionaire heiress, emphasised that her dedication to giving was driven by intention rather than the amount contributed.

She cited the biblical example of the widow praised by Jesus to highlight the importance of heart posture in charitable acts.

“Proud to say I paid my tithes and offerings all 12 months this year and God I thank You! A little encouragement, by the way; remember the widow Jesus talked about? It is never about how much but the heart posture,” Cuppy wrote.

The media personality’s message comes amid ongoing discussions among public figures about faith, giving and personal accountability.

Her statement also reflects her belief in consistent spiritual practice and the value of sincerity over material measure in religious offerings.
