On Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at the Landmark Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, Adron Group Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, MNIM, MNIPR, Group Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Teddy Babatunde, Deputy Managing Director, Southern Super Cluster, Rosemary Onyediri, and Director of Treasury Samson Balogun led Adron Group’s presentation of affordable property options and flexible payment plans at the Africa ESG Conference and Nigeria Mega Project Expo 2026, with Ajobo representing Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer Aare Adetola Olanipekun Emmanuelking.

The appearance places affordability at the heart of Adron Homes’ message at a gathering bringing together property developers, investors, government representatives, construction professionals and other participants in Nigeria’s built environment.

Ajobo said the company’s approach remained anchored in making homeownership more accessible while maintaining what she described as the values of affordability, excellence, vision, integrity and tenacity.

“Adron Group remains committed to making homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians,” Ajobo said, while congratulating the organisers on the event’s milestone and thanking customers for their continued confidence in the company.

Babatunde provided one of the clearest illustrations of the company’s strategy, highlighting payment periods of up to 36 months for regular plots and up to 100 months for Vidco plots.

The extended payment structure is significant in a market where the size of an initial payment can determine whether aspiring buyers move from interest to actual ownership.

Earlier Vidco materials from Adron Homes promoted payments of ₦10,000 a month over 100 months, although the precise terms and prices of current products can vary by estate and offer.

Independent property listings have also carried Adron’s Vidco payment-plan advertising.

That distinction matters because long payment periods can improve accessibility without necessarily making the underlying property inexpensive.

Buyers still need to consider the total purchase price, documentation, development charges and the specific terms attached to an individual estate.

Adron Homes first introduced its Vidco Plot series in 2024 as a long-term land ownership proposition aimed at different income groups.

Contemporary reports said the plots were offered in 135 and 150 square metre sizes and were available across locations including Abuja, Ekiti, Osun, Ogun, Oyo, Nasarawa, Niger and Plateau.

On the exhibition floor, Onyediri encouraged prospective investors to consider limited-time offers on selected products, while Balogun reiterated Adron Homes’ stated ambition of helping more Nigerian families become property owners.

“Adron Homes will continue pursuing its vision of helping every Nigerian family own property,” Balogun said.

The company’s featured developments at the exhibition include Grace & Mercy Gardens, Lemon Friday Plus and Forever Young, alongside other housing projects. Visitors are also being introduced to investment opportunities and payment structures through the company’s exhibition stand.

The emphasis on affordability comes against a wider conversation about the future of Nigeria’s housing and real estate sector.

The Africa ESG platform has increasingly linked environmental, social and governance considerations with issues such as affordable housing, community development, responsible investment and sustainable infrastructure.

Its 2026 programme describes affordable housing and inclusive urban planning as central elements of the social dimension of ESG.

The conference itself has a recent history. The Africa ESG Conference and Exhibition was launched in 2025 by the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, in collaboration with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nigeria and the Nigeria-UK Real Estate Society.

The inaugural gathering focused on sustainable real estate, green initiatives, financing and responsible development.

REDAN President Prince Akintoye Adeoye has previously argued that Nigeria’s housing industry must combine environmental responsibility with social inclusion and stronger governance.

At the 2025 conference, Adeoye called for buildings and housing models that are energy efficient, climate resilient and environmentally responsible.

The wider 2026 exhibition in Lagos is also marking a decade of activity.

The Nigeria Mega Project Expo, formerly known as Nigeria BuildExpo, is holding its 10th edition from 25 to 27 August at the Landmark Centre, with construction, infrastructure, HVAC, energy, water and related sectors represented.

Organisers say nine previous editions attracted more than 60,000 cumulative visitors, while the 2026 edition is expected to host more than 8,000 visitors and more than 120 global brands.

The separate Africa ESG conference website, however, lists a June 23 to 24, 2026 programme, making the event branding and scheduling worth distinguishing when reporting on the two platforms.
