Bo Hair’s former househelp, Lilian Okoro, has again denied involvement in the armed robbery at the Lagos home of hair entrepreneur Bo Hair, insisting that she is innocent and demanding justice over the allegations against her.
In a statement circulating on social media, Okoro said she would not be intimidated into changing her account of the incident, declaring that she wanted justice rather than sympathy.
“No amount of bullying will make me change my story. What I need is justice, not pity. I am saying it boldly that I did not do anything,” she said.
Okoro’s response follows renewed public attention surrounding the robbery at the entrepreneur’s residence in December 2025. Bo Hair, whose real name is Oluomachi, has accused her former nanny of helping an armed intruder gain access to the home and identify where valuables were kept.
The businesswoman recently released CCTV footage which she said supported her allegations against Okoro. The footage has reignited debate over the incident, with the former househelp maintaining that she was wrongly accused.
Reports indicate that the robbery occurred on December 17, 2025, while Bo Hair was at home with her son and nanny. The entrepreneur said cash, jewellery, watches and other valuables worth more than $100,000 were taken during the incident.
However, the allegations against Okoro remain disputed. Her denial and Bo Hair’s interpretation of the CCTV footage represent competing accounts, and the publicly available reports reviewed do not establish a final determination of her involvement.
