Benzema played his last match for Real Madrid over the weekend against Athletic Club at Santiago Bernabeu.
The Frenchman scored the only goal for Madrid via a penalty to equalize for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Reacting, Ramos took to his Instagram story to send a message to Benzema on his departure from Los Blancos.
“Karino, I wish you the best in your new stage. Much quality, Nueve. Hugs, brother,” Ramos wrote.
Benzema, meanwhile, is expected to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad in the coming days.
