A popular medical practitioner and online commentator, Dr. Perkins, has narrated a heartbreaking story of how a Nigerian lady, Dr. Bolanle Aseyan, tried to get her former lover and benefactor, Dr. Olufunmilayo Ogunsanya, deported.

According to the narrator, Dr. Aseyan initially tried to get the man who was responsible for her trip and stay in the UK arrested for rape.

After this failed, she reported him to the medical community to have his licence to practice withdrawn and deported.

The case which Dr. Olufunmilayo Ogunsanya has been battling with since 2020 was finally resolved and discarded on July 19, 2023.

Dr. Olufunmilayo was cleared of all the allegations.

This is Dr Bolanle Aseyan from Kabba in Kogi State, an alumni of LASUTH.
She met Dr Olufunmilayo (OurFavOnlineDoctor) on Twitter on November 2019. They started talking and somehow later fell in love. In 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, she pressured Dr Olufunmilayo to arrange for her to come over to the UK.
He agreed, since he loved her. She started applying for VISA and was eventually granted. Dr Olufunmilayo paid for the flight. They met. She lived in his house for months. They had consensual sex several times. She paid no bills. Feeding, accommodation, light, water , wifi, heating, everything was paid by Dr Olufunmilayo.

Somewhere along the line, the relationship went sour. She displayed character Dr Olufunmilayo could not put up with in a life partner and he decided to call off the relationship.

The first thing Dr Bola Aseyan
did was run to the UK Metropolitan police to accuse him of rape and domestic violence. Dr Olufunmilayo was arrested and the matter was alacritously investigated but found to be false.
Embittered and feeling defeated, Dr Bola Aseyan moved straight to the UK General Medical Counci
with an aim to have his license withdrawn and him deported. The GMC accepted the case and passed it to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS).

MPTS have been sitting on it since 2020.

Today 19th July,2023, MPTS has finally proven Dr Olufunmilayo innocent of all accusations and fully fit to practice.

This might seem like victory but it can’t be called victory until the false accuser Dr Bola Aseyan faces punishment for false accusation and attempted destruction of a man’s life.

-3 years of emotional torture
-3 years of career stagnation
-3 years of financial downturn
– 3 years of mental starvation
-3 years forced social media break

Just because of one false accuastaion

May Bolanle Aseyan not happen to you or your family members.

When will there be a jail sentence for false rape acccusers?
