With a Linguistics degree from the University of Ibadan and professional memberships in leading institutes, including the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN), Ajobo’s journey at Adron Homes began in January 2024 as Group Company Secretary. Her strategic insight and leadership have propelled her to this top role, where she aims to drive innovation and growth.
Olubunmi Akinfe, now Deputy Managing Director, has demonstrated unwavering dedication throughout her career. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a degree in Microbiology, Akinfe has excelled in various capacities within Adron Homes, including roles as Director of Sales and Marketing. Her strong leadership and operational expertise position her to oversee efficiency and growth in her new role.
Ihuoma Azuru, the Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for Lagos, exemplifies commitment to personal and professional development. With degrees in Accounting, Business Management, and an MBA in Human Resources, Azuru’s remarkable career path includes roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing (Southwest) and Director General of Sales and Marketing. Her forward-thinking strategies will continue to drive Adron Homes’ Lagos market expansion.
Odunola Ogundapo, Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for Western Nigeria, brings a unique combination of geological expertise and marketing acumen to the role. With academic qualifications from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the University of Lagos, Ogundapo began her Adron Homes career as a Business Executive in 2017. Her innovative approach and strong team-building skills have contributed significantly to the company’s success.
Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup, the new Director General of Customer Service, has earned accolades for her customer-centric strategies. With a degree in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology and memberships in international professional bodies, Haastrup has revolutionised the company’s customer relations landscape. Her appointment reflects Adron Homes’ focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
