Arsenal Favoured to Win EPL

Opta SuperComputer boosts Arsenal’s Premier League title chances to 92.84% after 1-0 win against Brighton; Manchester City’s chances fall to 7.16%

Arsenal have been given a commanding 92.84 percent chance of winning the Premier League this season following their 1-0 victory at Brighton & Hove Albion, according to the Opta SuperComputer.

The win, secured by Bukayo Saka’s first-half strike at the Amex Stadium, extended the Gunners’ lead at the top of the table to seven points.

Meanwhile, Manchester City were held to a 2-2 draw by Nottingham Forest at the Etihad Stadium, reducing their title probability to just 7.16 percent despite having a game in hand.

Opta’s algorithm now rates Manchester United and Aston Villa, who both suffered defeats against Newcastle United and Chelsea, respectively, as having no realistic chance of claiming the title this season.

The prediction reflects Arsenal’s consistent form under manager Mikel Arteta, highlighting their defensive resilience and attacking efficiency.

Analysts suggest that the Gunners are now statistically the favourites to secure a first Premier League crown in over two decades.
