The respected businessman and philanthropist used the occasion not only to mark a personal milestone but also to openly declare his support for Senator Oyelola Yisa Ashiru’s gubernatorial aspiration in Kwara State.

The celebration, held in Ilorin, resonated deeply with residents as it was accompanied by the distribution of food items and cash gifts to members of the community.

The outreach initiative drew widespread commendation, particularly for its focus on alleviating immediate needs while reinforcing a broader message of inclusive leadership and people-oriented governance—values Chief Bello associates with Senator Ashiru’s vision for Kwara State.

The distribution exercise was seamlessly executed with the support of members of the LOLASH 2027 Women Movement, a vibrant grassroots political group within the All Progressives Congress (APC), firmly committed to advancing Senator Ashiru’s political journey.

Leading the coordination effort was Hon. Aisha Biola A’isha Raji, a prominent APC chieftain in Kwara State and former Vice Chairman of the Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) for Offa Local Government Area.

Under her leadership, the group ensured an orderly and efficient distribution process, reaching a wide range of beneficiaries across the area.

Speaking during the event, Chief Bello emphasized the importance of leadership that prioritizes the welfare of the people, noting that his support for Senator Ashiru stems from a shared commitment to sustainable development, empowerment, and good governance.

The event further solidified Chief Bello’s reputation as a community-focused leader whose actions reflect both generosity and strategic political engagement.

Observers note that such grassroots-driven initiatives could play a significant role in shaping political momentum ahead of the 2027 gubernatorial race in Kwara State.

As the atmosphere of celebration blended with hope for the future, many beneficiaries expressed gratitude, describing the gesture as timely and impactful.
