A member representing Ogun East Senatorial District at the national assembly, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has revealed that Chief Segun Osoba is his in-law.
He made this revelation while celebrating the former governor on his 84th birthday.

“Chief Segun Osoba and I share a long history of relationship. Only a few people know that he is my in-law, as my dear wife, Yeye Olufunke Daniel, is from the Osoba clan in Abeokuta.
“As he marks his 84th birthday today, I share in the joy of his family and all associates,” he said.
Otunba Daniel, who was also a governor of the same state as Chief Osoba, said that the latter has distinguished himself as a journalist and politician.
“84 years look shorter for a man who has distinguished himself as a journalist with a remarkable political career, including governing our dear state, among other national leadership roles.
“I join other well-wishers to celebrate him and wish him many more years of God’s goodness,” he concluded.
