Eti-Osa road repair restores traffic near Ajiran after Adetoro deploys works team within 48 hours of residents’ complaints

Omo’ba Adeola Alimot Adetoro, Executive Chairman of Eti-Osa Local Government, ordered an urgent Eti-Osa road repair after residents reported a large crater on the alternative route linking Chevron Drive to Ajiran.

The affected stretch, beside Ebeano Supermarket and before Ajiran Stadium, had narrowed to a single lane, causing severe congestion as motorists took turns to pass. Road users reported long tailbacks and safety concerns along the corridor.

Eti-Osa Local Government said its works team was mobilised to the site within hours of the public notification. The damaged section has now been fixed, restoring smooth vehicular movement and improving safety.

Omo’ba Adeola Alimot Adetoro said the intervention reflects an accessible and responsive administration focused on practical solutions to residents’ concerns.
