Gwinnett County police have closed a major road as they search for a suspect connected to a shooting incident described as “major.”

Satellite Boulevard is closed near McGinnis Ferry Road, according to a Gwinnett police announcement. Police are asking all traffic to avoid the area.
Police are searching for a man who was wearing a long pink T-shirt and a white balaclava-style face covering. If anyone sees the suspect, they should call 911 immediately.
Police have not released additional details of the shooting.
