What we ask

To be successful in this internship, you are/have:

Currently studying your 3rd or 4th year of HBO Human Resource Management OR Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) or in: international business management, human resource management, work and organizational psychology
Strong communicator both verbally and in written, a hands-on attitude and proactive mindset and an eye for detail
integrity, you are able to work with sensitive information
Fluency in English
Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institute
Available to start as of the 1st of February 2022 for a minimum of 5 months

Vacancy description

During the course of this internship, you will be working on two main topics.

1. Change management

Participate in change management related projects, such as the project ‘Continuous Dialogue’ with which we want to establish a culture of having a continuous dialogue between manager and employee on performance and development by designing and facilitating peer-dialogue workshops for our Procurement manager globally.

2. Project: Final phase transformation program

We are currently in a global procurement transformation journey ‘Source for the Stars’ that seeks to create more value for the company in a more effective way. We have created a new organizational design with new job profiles (including clear competencies) and we have graded several functions. For this org. charts, job profiles, grading information and vacancy texts have been created in the last couple of months. It’s time to hand-over all these materials in a structured way to our line-managers so they can use this for their workforce planning. You will be in the lead of this project to organize, structure and hand-over the materials to the line managers globally.

Next to these projects, there will be around 20% of your time available (assuming that you will be available full-time) for your own projects/topic you would like to get experience on.
