On Instagram, Audu posted images of herself with Salami, writing, “Hello Fam! The other day I saw my Paddi and a massive wave of pride ran through my system. Omo Salami I am so proud of you, of us! We have journeyed from far, and seeing where we are 10 years after is a thing of joy.”

Audu referenced their 2016 collaboration on the film Just Not Married, highlighting the enduring impact of their work. She praised Salami’s latest project, Kilanko: The Invisible Child, which premiered in Nigerian cinemas on March 6, describing it as a testament to dedication and creative passion.

Directed by the late Allwell Ademola, Kilanko explores themes of family, belief, and sacrifice. Audu encouraged audiences to support filmmakers by watching movies in cinemas, online streaming platforms, and television, stressing the effort and challenges involved in production.
