Bassey is set to beat Tondon’s 87 hours and 45 minutes at a location in Lagos where politicians across the divide have stood in solidarity with the 27 year-old chef.
Infact, it was on record that the Nigerian president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, was the first politician to wish her well.
“IDAN doesn’t break, she breaks records. We are rooting for you Hilda,” a comment was attributed to the president-elect.
However, a lady, zizi 🇳🇬 (@Animashaun2727), has pointed out that as compared to Obidients, appellation used to address Peter Obi’s supporters, Batists have better capacity at being objective and less partisan when it comes to the general good of the country.
This is coming on heels of Bassey’s political posts against the president-elect and the ruling party, All Progressives Congress, surfacing on social media, which allegedly confirmed she is also an Obidient.
