Plateau terrorism charges Jos North killings case follows weeks after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited the state and pledged justice for victims of the attack.

The suspects were arraigned on counts bordering on criminal conspiracy to commit terrorism and other related offences under the Plateau State Penal Code Law, 2017.

According to court filings, the accused are alleged to have planned, financed, and coordinated the attack, which reportedly led to the deaths of more than 30 people.
