Sirbalo Lagos agbero attack sparks outrage after the content creator alleges extortion attempt and damage to his vehicle in Lagos
Nigerian content creator Sirbalo has raised alarm over what he described as an aggressive encounter with transport enforcers popularly known as agberos in Lagos State.

Sirbalo claims Lagos agbero assault incident reportedly occurred when the content creator was allegedly confronted and asked to pay ₦200,000 despite not receiving any service or engaging in any transaction.
Sirbalo said he attempted to de-escalate the situation by offering ₦50,000, but the gesture was rejected, leading to a tense confrontation that resulted in damage to his vehicle.
In a distressed account shared online, Sirbalo claimed that his car windscreen was shattered during the incident, estimating repair costs at over ₦700,000.
He described the experience as troubling and called attention to what he sees as increasing cases of extortion and harassment by transport union enforcers in parts of Lagos.
The allegation has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many users expressing concern over rising reports of similar encounters in the state.
