Tracy also admitted that she entered the show without adequate emotional preparation, which affected her confidence and energy levels in the house.

“Watching the highlights of the show, I realised that I didn’t do much. There’s a phrase that you only live once, and now I felt like I didn’t live once in Biggie’s house,” she said.

She further explained that external pressure before the show contributed to her state of mind when she eventually joined the reality series.

“Coming to the show was difficult for me because people around me didn’t want me to come so I wasn’t prepared emotionally and otherwise,” she added.

Tracy noted that she felt overwhelmed upon arrival, especially as she observed that other contestants appeared more prepared for the competition.

“Honestly, when I came, I felt down because I saw that everyone came prepared,” she said.

Her reflection adds to the ongoing emotional revelations emerging from the BBNaija Season 10 reunion, where several former housemates have shared personal struggles and regrets from their time in the house.
