In a joint statement issued in London, Hon. Segun Akinyemi, Chairman, and Prince Collins Enwere, Secretary, said the official INEC recognition reaffirms the party’s position as a viable force in Nigeria’s political space.

“The ADC UK and Ireland Chapter sees this development as a milestone that reaffirms the place of the ADC in Nigeria’s democratic space,” the statement read.

The leaders praised the party’s national leadership for its “steadfastness, unity and democratic ideals,” noting that INEC’s decision was a direct reflection of the party’s commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and service to the Nigerian people.

They added, “We commend our national leaders for their visionary guidance. This recognition not only strengthens the foundation of our party but also boosts confidence as we prepare for the tasks ahead.”

The ADC UK and Ireland Chapter reaffirmed its loyalty and full support to the party’s central leadership, pledging to remain actively involved in promoting the growth of Nigeria’s democracy both at home and abroad.

“This is not just a moment of celebration but one of rededication to the values we hold dear: good governance, people-first leadership, and national progress,” the statement concluded.
