Real Estate Stakeholders’ Forum 2025 brought together over 1,000 industry leaders on 16th September at Harbour Point, Victoria Island, sparking renewed optimism for Nigeria’s real estate future.

Developers, investors, policymakers, financial institutions and allied professionals gathered to confront pressing challenges in housing and urban development.

The highly engaging sessions included keynote addresses, panel discussions, and fireside chats.

Topics such as affordable housing, modular housing systems, land reform, and bridging financing gaps dominated the discussions.

These critical dialogues served as a catalyst for innovative thinking across the sector.

A standout outcome of the Forum was the announcement of a Policy Advisory Document.

This framework, a collaborative output of the event’s participants, will be formally submitted to the Lagos State Government.

It offers consolidated recommendations aimed at improving housing reforms, simplifying land titling processes, reducing multiple taxation, and unlocking new investment streams.
