In a series of posts on X, the artist emphasised the importance of seeking support during difficult times and reminded followers that survival and healing begin with staying alive and asking for help.

Oxlade urged fans not to bottle up their emotions, highlighting that confiding in a trusted friend, family member, or professional can significantly ease the burden of emotional struggles.

He noted that painful periods are temporary and that support networks are available for those in need.

Reflecting on the impact of emotional challenges, Oxlade also reminded his audience of their importance to loved ones, stressing that their presence matters deeply to those around them.

He cited personal experiences of receiving distressing news, which prompted him to address the value of openness and mutual care, particularly for young people navigating intense pressures.

Oxlade’s message contributes to a growing conversation within the entertainment industry on mental health, reinforcing the notion that seeking help is a strength rather than a weakness.
