The Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa, is expected to unveil new policy directions at the meeting, setting the tone for the upcoming admission cycle.

Participants will include vice-chancellors, rectors, provosts, registrars, and admission officers, alongside representatives of key regulatory bodies such as the National Universities Commission, the National Commission for Colleges of Education, and the National Board for Technical Education.

The board noted that goodwill messages are also expected from agencies including the Nigerian Education Loan Fund and the National Youth Service Corps.

In addition to policy deliberations, the event will feature the sixth edition of the National Tertiary Admissions Performance-Merit Awards, recognising institutions and individuals who have demonstrated compliance with admission guidelines and contributed to raising standards in the sector.
