Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has accepted an invitation from Nigerian content creator Adebayo Ridwan, popularly known as Bae U Barbie, to appear on his YouTube show, Curiosity Made Me Ask.
Bae U extended the invitation while discussing Dangote’s media appearances and the need for the billionaire to engage more directly with younger Nigerians interested in his business.

The content creator argued that many of Dangote’s previous interviews had appeared on platforms that younger audiences rarely watch, despite growing interest among young Nigerians in his business and investment activities.
He subsequently asked Dangote to grant him a one-on-one interview on his YouTube programme.
Dangote responded positively to the invitation, acknowledging the importance of reaching younger Nigerians and describing the youth as the future of Nigeria and Africa.
“Honestly, the future that we have is actually you, the youth,” Dangote said.
He acknowledged that his generation had not done enough for Nigeria and Africa, adding that he agreed with Bae U’s argument about engaging younger audiences.
“So really, you are right. Going forward, this sort of audience is the audience that we, somebody like me, should actually face. We will come,” the billionaire said.
The development gives Bae U Barbie a major opportunity to host one of Africa’s most prominent businessmen on his digital platform.
