The tragic development was confirmed by Denisi’s associate, Joel Heugh Boyseen, who shared emotional tributes on Instagram mourning the late socialite.

Although the exact circumstances surrounding Denisi’s death remain unclear, the messages posted by Boyseen reflected shock and deep sadness among friends who knew him.

In one of the posts, Boyseen expressed his pain over the loss.

“Love you always my broski, this one pain me,” he wrote.

In another emotional tribute, Boyseen revealed that Denisi had recently relocated to South Africa alongside friends to stay close to him and expand their circle.

“Yall moved countries to dey with me for Southy brooo. My surest guy I just sorted Southy for us. You made many brothers for this short while in Southy. Capetown be crying. Brother wake up abeg,” he added.

Friends and associates soon flooded Instagram with tributes, describing the loss as heartbreaking and unexpected.

For many followers of Davido’s circle, the news has come as a painful shock, especially given Denisi’s growing presence among the singer’s associates.

The development comes at a difficult period for Davido, who has recently been in the news over a legal dispute involving a ₦1 billion suit reportedly filed by lawyers representing Sophia Momodu.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding Denisi’s passing, the outpouring of grief online reflects the strong bonds within the Afrobeats star’s close network of friends.
