Vision Methodology Seminar by Dr Abbey Adenigba offers Nigerians tools to create jobs, lead with impact, and start businesses with little capital

Vision Methodology Seminar will make its impactful debut in Nigeria on November 19, 2025, as visionary leadership expert Dr. Abbey Adenigba brings the widely acclaimed One Day Vision Camp to Lagos.

The event is slated for the prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel, Isaac John Street, GRA Ikeja.

Dr. Adenigba, a Nigerian-born South Africa-based real estate consultant and visionary mentor, has spent over three decades abroad, empowering individuals through leadership training and entrepreneurship.

As Convener and Lead Facilitator of the Vision Methodology Seminar, he emphasizes the urgency for Nigerians to shift from survival to significance.

“This workshop is about helping people understand, harness, and implement their visions using structured tools. We’ve seen transformations in South Africa and Rwanda. Nigeria is next,” he said in an interview with FirstNigeriaTV’s Olusegun Adebambo Ojomo.

The One Day Vision Camp is designed for a broad range of participants—from public office holders and politicians, to emerging entrepreneurs, start-ups, and even the unemployed.

The event offers practical strategies for:

  • Starting businesses with little or no capital
  • Implementing personal and organizational visions
  • Creating jobs instead of seeking them
  • Using mentorship and skill-building to grow impact

The workshop, already held in countries like Rwanda and South Africa, has contributed to significant societal shifts. Dr. Adenigba credits its impact as part of Rwanda’s globally admired transformation.

“We don’t just motivate people. We teach them how to execute. This is about structured progress,” he explained.

Dr. Adenigba is a leading driver of the Shekinah Institute, a South Africa-based organization focused on entrepreneurial and leadership development.

The institute has for decades helped unemployed individuals and small business owners acquire vital skills through strategic self-reliance curricula.

Now expanding beyond South Africa, Shekinah aims to replicate its success stories across the continent, starting with Nigeria.

Who Should Attend?

  • Politicians and public leaders seeking effective service models
  • Business owners aiming to scale without external funding
  • Aspiring entrepreneurs searching for legitimate start-up paths
  • Youths and unemployed individuals needing vision clarity and skill acquisition

“This is not motivational hype. It’s strategic delivery. Vision must be structured to be effective,” Dr. Adenigba emphasized.
