Rite Foods celebrates staff commitment on Workers’ Day

Rite Foods celebrates Workers’ Day 2026, praising employees’ contributions and reaffirming its commitment to a supportive workplace culture

Rite Foods Limited, a leading Nigerian food and beverage company, has joined the global community to mark International Workers’ Day 2026, celebrating the dedication and resilience of its workforce across all operations.

The company said this year’s theme, “Empowering Workers in a Changing World,” reinforces the importance of employees as the backbone of organisational success.

Rite Foods emphasised that its growth over the years has been driven by the commitment of its staff across production, distribution, and corporate divisions.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Seleem Adegunwa, said the company’s achievements are rooted in the hard work and passion of its employees.

He noted that Workers’ Day provides an opportunity to recognise their contributions while reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding environment.

Adegunwa added that the company’s people-first approach continues to shape its leadership culture and long-term strategy.

Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Ekuma Eze, also highlighted the importance of recognising employees as key contributors to the brand’s success.

He stressed that Rite Foods remains focused on building a workplace culture that encourages growth, respect, and excellence.

Over the years, the company has expanded its product portfolio, including Bigi Carbonated Soft Drinks, Bigi Table Water, Sosa Fruit Drink, Fearless Energy Drinks, and sausage roll variants, strengthening its presence in Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods sector.
